Lake Como Wedding in Martha Stewart Magazine

The photo galleries for the fall issue are up at Martha Stewart Weddings… and this time, some of our work is being featured! Take a look at Amanda and Douglas’ destination wedding in Lake Como, Italy – Make Merry! worked on the wine bottle table numbers (with a gorgeous pop of bright fuschia) and the place cards that also served as menus.

But our best piece didn’t make the magazine. Here’s a little peek at the custom maps we designed for them of Bellagio and the Lake Como area.

All of the weekend’s points of interest in Bellagio were highlighted on the map – the welcome party and rehearsal dinner locations, hotels for guests, Sunday brunch, and Douglas and Amanda’s favorite restaurants and nightlife spots.

We also designed a larger overview map of the whole Lake Como area, showing the wedding location (the stunning Villa de Balbianello) and other towns nearby. The maps were attached to a ring with other tidbits and fun messages from the couple to their guests.
